TILLING Workshop Information
We require a minimum of 10 participants for us to host a 2-day workshop. The cost will be $500 per participant. The workshop will cover the experimental and bioinformatic components of TILLING-by-Sequencing and serves as an aid for scientists who wish to apply this technology to their system.
Please contact the TILLING Lab to register for our next workshop. We are taking suggestions for topics you wish to discuss so please include them in your e-mail.

Information for Traveling to UC Davis
By Air
The closest airport is Sacramento International Airport (SMF), approximately 20 minutes away. San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and the Metropolitan Oakland International airport (OAK) are other options, but are both a drive of around 1.5 hours.
From Airport to Davis
There are several shuttle options, including the Davis Airporter ($23 per one-way trip), which runs to Davis from both SMF and SMO. There is also a bus from SMF to Davis ($2 per one-way trip), which runs every hour.
Davis Hotels
Information about the hotels in Davis can be found on the DavisWiki website: http://daviswiki.org/Hotels. The Best Western University Lodge and the Aggie Inn are within several minutes walking distance of campus. The Hallmark Inn, Best Western Palm Court Hotel, and the Econo Lodge are located in a more central downtown location, and are within 10-15 minutes walking distance from campus.
Transportation Around Davis
Davis is a smaller town, and much of it is within walking distance. Besides walking, there is also a bus system, the Unitrans, which runs several double-decker buses around town (http://unitrans.ucdavis.edu), and Uber or Lyft services available.
