Gene Name
- For Arabidopsis thaliana and Oryza sativa please provide the locus identifier according to the TAIR
(Ex:At1G55500) and Rice Genome Annotation (Ex: Os05g01170) databases - For all other plant organisms please follow the naming convention below (separate each field by underscore):
- The abbreviations used are:
- Cs for Camelina sativa
- At for Arabidopsis thaliana
- Os for Oryza sativa (Rice)
- Le for Lycopersicon esculentum (Tomato)
- Ts for Triticum asteivum(Bread Wheat)
- Td for Triticum durum (Pasta Wheat)
- The abbreviations used are:
- Name of the gene
- Denote A, B, C, etc. for homoeologs of polyploid species
- Denote 1, 2, 3, etc. after gene name if multiple TILLING fragments submitted to cover one large gene. Ex: Le_ACCSYN_1
Note: if the TILLING fragment extends outside the genomic sequence, please let us know how many bps are outside the genomic sequence (upstream or downstream) in the “Order notes” section of the order page.
Sequence Name and Format
This should be the same as the gene name. See “Gene Name” above for details. Also all sequences should be in FASTA format as shown below:
Each sequence entry should be in FASTA format:
>Gene_Name Sequence_Line1 (return-blank line) Sequence_Line2 (return-blank line)
